Red Bellied Piranha
These semi-aggressive fish are great for a species only tank that will really catch people's eye. They are pretty shy in small groups so the bigger the group the better. When adults they will need a lot of feeding.

Diet
Live & frozen food such as muscles, prawns & bloodworm, will be the majority of there diet however when they are small and young you can feed them pellets or granules.
Compatibility
Species only or with smaller fish in a very large tank so they do not disturb each other as adults.
Breeding/ Sex
Moderate. Some special care and attention will be needed. Females are larger and rounder than males.
Life Span
They can live to anything from 12-15 years in perfect conditions.
